Interesting management. Don’t feel like they respect their workers all that much. Far from the best Starbucks I’ve been to. If you’re looking for a good one to start your day, I’d suggest anything else in the surrounding area. Hoping to see some changes with their treatment of staff.

Isaak is phenomenal. He remembers your name is always genuinely friendly and makes the experience memorable.

Very friendly staff. I remember stopping off here once, before the pandemic, during Christmas season, and it was very cozy and warm inside, and the music selection was upbeat and jovial. Stopped off again, during the pandemic, and it was nice and clean, the music wasn't obnoxiously loud (like some locations), and it was a nice time. Bathroom is clean. Nice spot.

Third day in a row at this location and the service is absolutely awful. Staff is friendly enough and the coffee and food is by no means poor- just don't expect to get anything hot. Staff will make your food and let it sit while they make 10 coffees before yours. You'd think if someone ordered food and drink, You'd prepare them at the same time. Every time I order here, I get them at least 15 minutes apart.

Whenever I'm in the area of this Starbucks I make it a point to drop in for a visit. The staff here is excellent and the drinks are always consistent. Even though I'm not a regular, they always remember me when I come in. You can tell this is a well-run store.
