Starbucks Coffee Company

I go to this Starbucks everyday and have minimal interactions with the team because I place mobile orders; however, they remember me and my spouses names, our orders, and that we always prefer a straw. Yesterday, I was taken back for the first time in a long time for customer service. I went on the mobile app to order my normal drink, but it was out of order. No big deal, I ordered my back up drink and began heading over before work. I pull up to the window and the team not only had prepared what I had ordered, but my normal drink I always get. They shared that they saw my name and found extra ingredients to be able to make it for me - but also made what I ordered through the app in case I wanted a change. Last night, around at 9pm I went to this Starbucks, which is 5 minutes from my house, with my family to have a nice time and drink our favorite drink , the Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino. We ordered three of them, and two of the drinks weren't the correct amount for what we were paying for. I politely approached the woman who was preparing the drinks, and she questioned me and rudely asked, "Do you want me to refill it?" I asked her to please do so. After that, we tasted the drinks, and one of them was sugar-free. I approached her again to ask her to please fix it, and she did, but with an annoyed attitude. I just had the most wonderful experience thanks to Darryl and Vince, who truly went above and beyond! From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with such warmth and kindness that instantly brightened my day. Not only did they make my drink perfectly, but they also sprinkled in a little extra magic. It’s rare to come across people who bring such positivity and heart to what they do, but Darryl and Vince absolutely did. Their energy turned a work/coffee stop into something special. Starbucks is so lucky to have them — and I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Worst Starbucks in town. Usually no problem with my room temp coffee, but stopped by on the way home & just needed a cup of water to take a pain pill. Couldn't even get out of my car. Pulled up, politely asked for a cup, and the shift leader (mid to late 20's Caucasian woman) said she wouldn't unless I made a purchase. I wasn't hungry & was even going to tip a bucket, but she wouldn't make an exception. Drove home & I'll never be back.

This appeared to be a newer location. The baristas were awesome. Very friendly and our drinks were made perfectly. The inside area was very clean and comfortable.
