Santiago catered a car show event I attended in a field, in the rain. The food was AMAZING! The presentation was awesome. The service was top notch, and they were prepared for everything the day threw at them.

The smell coming off the grill was so enticing we could not resist getting a plate! The perfectly seasoned meat was quality tender and packed full of flavor! 10/10 the best!!
Truly the best food I’ve had in longer than I can remember. The guys are incredible as well. Super friendly and entertaining while they genuinely take a lot of pride in their craft. An all around amazing experience that I can’t wait to have again.
