this location is the worst of the worst. its actually like they try to punish you for asking for extra caramel drizzle. the staff working the last time gaslit me to tell me that i order (the drink i order daily at other locations) incorrectly. yet i get it perfect every time when i order this way everywhere else? the staff working is blatantly rude and condescending. unlike what the woman told me, asking for less ice actually does not mean it just all falls to the bottom to just be an inch+ of caramel. the caramel macchiato should already be made with caramel on the actual sides of the cup. they have wasted so much money by ruining drinks with 50%caramel and 50% coffee. i should not need to ask to line the cup when ordering a caramel macchiato. if you look on the app, the cup lining is ac

By far the best banana bread drink I have had them make! So pretty the layers and so good. Wish all locations would be this accurate. If you haven’t tried this combo go get it!

I enjoy Starbucks and often like to start my mornings with a coffee. The overall experience is usually positive, which is why I feel it’s important to share this feedback. During my recent visit, I felt that one of the employees, Hailey, could improve her communication with customers. The interaction came across as having an unnecessary attitude, which impacted the experience. I understand that everyone has difficult days, but kindness and professionalism go a long way, especially in customer service.

Atmosphere here works good but the coffee is bitter. Hoping the new ceo can really turn this place around
