The FOLKS that work there, partners, are literally the kindest people Whitefish has....SO nice and feel welcome every single time I step foot in there...THANK YOU SBUX for these all the time experiences.......Bravo...

OK, hate to complain, but the regional management team needs to step in here and either retrain or find new staff. It's mid-day, there is not anyone in line, there is nobody in the drive-thru, three (3) employees tell me "I'll be right with you", the guy is on the drive thru, but like I said, nobody is in the drive thru. The tall girl busy talking to co-worker (on a break) at the far end, after 3 or 4 minutes go buy, she finally realizes I am not going away until I place my order and she takes it. 1 drink and 1 sandwich. They make the drink. They forget the sandwich. Seriously? There was nobody else there in line. It's not like someone else took it. Or someone else had ordered the same thing. They just forgot the moment I paid for it. Here's the problem: I like the store, it's a good loc

I love this Starbucks! Constantly consistent and super friendly staff. I believe Taylor is the manager and her staff seem super happy and extremely motivated by her positive reinforcement. They always offer to double cook my egg bites which makes them 3x as amazing!! Definitely recommend— only bummer is no drive thru: the other Starbucks has one but it is always closed.

Kristen was our barista Sunday morning and we loved her! Best breakfast sandwich ever, served with the nicest smile.

Best Starbucks service I’ve ever had. Bailey is the nicest and sweetest Starbucks employee we’ve met, and the whole crew was kind, didn’t rush, but we’re quick and hospitable. Saturday morning crew here is on point.
