Worst customer service! Idk what happened to the lady with the tattoos but she was my favorite and I haven’t seen her in months but you guys need to bring her back. I came here today around 5:45am and the guy who is always there early with the blondish hair was super rude! I told him my drink was supposed to be in a personal cup and I’m not even sure what he said, but he definitely had an attitude about it and just shut the drive thru window in my face. I was super nice about it and not Karen-like because I work in customer service myself, so I know it’s difficult to deal with some customers. I STILL got an attitude even while I was being nice. It’s not my fault they don’t know how to read. You guys used to have the best staff and it seems like now it’s going down hill. I will not be comin

A few days ago, I visited your location and ordered my usual coffee. Upon receiving it at the window, I noticed a piece of hair on the lid near the mouthpiece. I immediately informed the employee, who called over Justine. She stated she would replace the coffee, but when she returned, it was clear the same cup had been given back—the hair had simply been moved to the other side of the lid. When I addressed this, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the issue. I requested a refund. The experience was unsanitary, unprofessional, and demonstrated a lack of accountability.

Attempted to use the gift card I got gifted for Christmas and they said they could not accept it.. I’m all set with that customer service.

The Wethersfield Starbucks is one of the best Starbucks in Hartford County. The store is clean and they always gets my order right. The staff especially the morning crew ROCK!

The nice guy named Victor was very sweet and very very kind to me awhile I was having a bad day and I appreciated our small talk ☺️
