Recently remodeled rest area and a brand new beautiful Starbucks with a drive thru. A must stop when on the thruway going east. The baristas were all very nice. A very comfortable seating area gives a relaxing experience on your thruway travels. You will not be disappointed

My drink was so messed up the as soon as I walked out. I dumped it on the ground. How hard is it to make. The drink I asked for was 4 shots of blonde espresso 2 pumps of peppermint 4 pumps of brown sugar light ice fill the rest of the way with oat milk in a grande cup. What I got was a full cup of ice a splash of oat milk could not taste the syrup. Wish I could give negative stars.

Insanely slow drive through service. It took 35 minutes to get through 5 cars? Not sure why they couldn’t have people full forward if they were waiting for something specific? No explanation provided, and the cars were parked too close to escape. Never again.

Person at register very rude, manager rude as well, attitude was not appreciated. Drink thrown in front of me.i order strawberry lemonade she didn’t put strawberries.

The lady who said herself a manager super rude. She made my coffee wrong and refused to refund my money and also make gave me attitude. She should improve her customer service and improve her barista skills.
