Panera Bread

Do NOT eat at this Panera Bread, RISK of food borne Illness! Improper and extremely unsanitary. Infestation of flies on the pastries, the lunch meats, and the vegetables that are being prepared to make your food! The baker is unhygienic and wears no gloves while preparing all the breads, bagels, and pastries because they “bake off in a 350 degree oven and kills all bacteria” workers will stock new food product and slap it on top of old expired product. Nothing is ever cleaned, the soup station is atrocious do NOT eat the soup! Whatever crusted leftover food is on the soup pots from months ago is their to stay, the soup gets poured right in that way the following day, no one is hand scrubbing the dishes in the back. Terrible experience from start to finish. The workers were incredibly slow and inattentive. After waiting 20 minutes for the most depressing looking sandwiches I’ve ever seen, they decided to completely take down the coffee station so we could not get the coffees we ordered. All the creamers/milks were empty, all the coffee was missing, and the workers were actively taking away anything that had any stock left. There were multiple people waiting for coffee left high and dry and uncaffeinated. Now on to the “depressing sandwiches” in question. The sandwich on ciabatta might as well have been served on a ritz cracker with the size of the bread they decided to serve. fast (just a small mac and cheese) but it was so gross. i work at a panera and i know when the food is made wrong. the mac and cheese tasted like they threw it in a cup 30 minutes ago and reheated it for my order. absolutely disgusting. gave me the wrong order first as well
