I stopped by this Starbucks on the way to take my child to school, and I had such a great experience. The service was excellent — my order was ready quickly, and everything was made perfectly. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and efficient, which made a busy morning feel a lot smoother. It’s clear they care about their customers. I’ll definitely be stopping by again!

Stopped by Starbucks in West Memphis and had a great experience. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and worked quickly even though it was busy. My drink was made perfectly and tasted exactly how I ordered it, which I really appreciate. The store was clean, organized, and had a nice relaxed atmosphere. Customer service like this definitely keeps me coming back. Highly recommend this location if you want fast service and a consistently good drink.

Super nice people. Very easy to order in the app and there are lots of easy parking spaces. The line is rarely long and sometimes empty. Highly recommend.

I'm a local Pastor and spend a lot of time at this location, studying, reading and meeting people. In the Bible wells were the social gathering spots where you drew water and had meaningful conversations. This is my modern day well. The staff are like family to me. They are super friendly and very professional. If you're looking for a warm conducive, peaceful place for great brewed coffee served to perfection... look no more! Come visit Jackie, Robert and the crew. You'll be glad you did. And you just might see a bald headed preacher in the corner or on the patio. If so please stop and say hi☕️☕️☕️

You all know that I really like me some Starbucks. This is a friendly and clean Starbucks. The wait time have always been great for me. There is a barista there and I believe her name is Kaylae, she makes my drink just right. This young lady is always friendly and appears to enjoy what she does. I like to try different hot lattes to see if I get that burst of flavor and I do when Kayla makes it. If your drink isn't the flavor that you're looking for let the Baristas know. This is where I stop for my break when traveling through this town. I know I may not get the same Barista each time I visit but thank you Kaylae for making my hot lattes. I like to add cinnamon and Carmel drizzle to my hot lattes, OMG!
