Starbucks Coffee Company

We have visited here twice in the last few days. The first drinks we purchased were OK. Not excellent, but acceptable. Today I placed an order for two drinks. One was a simple black tea with 2 Stevia. One was an iced Matcha Latte. The black tea had ZERO stevia added. The Matcha was very weak, so I turned the car around and took that one back for a remake. The man at the window was extremely courteous and polite, apologizing for the trouble. The drink was remade quickly and was excellent the 2nd time around. I appreciated the polite and courteous treatment, and the fact that he made sure my drink was good the 2nd time around. But I would have appreciated it more if the barista had read the stickers and made the drinks correctly the first time. Please, Starbucks managers, make sure t

They did not add the cold foam, and didn't fill the cup but I don't blame the baristas, Starbucks needs to treat them better and foster a nurturing environment. Mistakes will happen when people are overworked and undervalued so my score is for Starbucks not the baristas.

They sold rotten fruit today and when asked why there is red stain on my coffee lid they didn’t bother to change the lid or drink. The hot chocolate was watery. I should’ve went to the guy in side all the fruit was fresh and he was actually friendly unlike the motley crew at Starbucks.

Nice Starbucks. Usually busy. Baristas were quick & friendly. My cold brew came out good & strong. Small parking area though. Bathroom was a mess.

Always on point. Even If they are swamped, the coffee is hot and the service is excellent. Clean, efficient It can’t be east dealing with people and their coffee.
