Right off 611 but tough getting in/out of from the highway. Drive through was jammin’. Place was packed inside for a smaller scale Starbucks; I waited for it to clear out a bit before taking a few photos for my review. Customer service was top notch. Every barista I dealt with (I got myself a refill and hid tucked into a corner for awhile) was extremely nice and personable. The bathrooms were clean. Steady flow of customers here. I’m not sure it’s the local hangout or what but it wouldn’t be the place I go to get a couple hours of work in over a cup of tea or coffee (too busy for me). Needless to say, I was impressed by how efficient the staff was and their service. I’m a frequent flyer of Starbucks shops and for a weird parking lot and location, this place was operating pretty darn smo

Stopped in Friday afternoon to get a brown sugar shaken espresso that I was modifying slightly and Cadance the SSV who made my drink, made it perfectly and provided perfect customer service. The manager and staff here are awesome. Great vibe. Great service. Great coffee.

Always a great experience at this Starbucks! The staff is so friendly, quick, and they always get my order just right. The store is clean have outside tables is cozy, and has a welcoming vibe, especially the supervisor, who is so kind and even brings the drinks to us. Definitely one of my favorite Starbucks locations!

I go there often enough because it’s closest to my house but they constantly mess up my drink order and don’t include the add ons I pay extra money for. I usually order the same drink and it never looks or tastes the same. Some days my sweet cream cold brew is pitch black and some days it’s mostly milk. They never put the cold foam I order on the drink and then sometimes seem annoyed when I ask them to fix it. If I’m paying $7 for a drink then it should have the sauce and a cold foam I paid extra for in it. It’s as simple as reading the order label that CLEARLY says what is meant to be in the drink. It’s not that hard. I try not to be a pain but if I’m forking out money for a specific Starbucks drink, I should get everything I paid for.

One of the best Starbucks around. Dave, the Store Manager is awesome and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Great vibe in the store and plenty of seating available. They make the drinks perfectly. What else can you ask for? Great customer service! Shoutout to shift supervisors Kay and Ashley - all-time allstars who keep everyone happy! Always one of my go-to's.
