I placed a mobile app order and they were so quick. The drink was perfect and they wrote a cute little note on the cup. When I went in to grab it, they were so nice and the place was really clean! Will definitely be back when I’m in the area.

First Jackie always gives the best customer service! Even when she’s busy she always greets me and takes my order. However the inconsistency of my drinks is disappointing. I ask for extra whip. Typically there are no issues my drink is amazing but the last three times it taste differently and they barely give me any whip topping. And I always tip. 😭

The atmosphere is great but I wish my orders didn’t take almost 15-20 mins to make and they would follow my request for light ice.

I got a Venti peppermint mocha frappe with soy milk and a chocolate chip cookie!! One of my favorites (I do soy milk bc I cannot have cows milk) but I will enjoy it in a frappe every now and then lol. If it’s not the peppermint frappe then I get a Carmel frappe with soy with

I typically order through the app because my drink is complex, though I needed to use a different form of payment so I had to order at the drive thru. There was a small misunderstanding in my order but another person immediately hopped in and corrected the order- no issues at all. Again, with a complex drink I take blame. When I got to the window a gentleman with a huge smile greeted me and apologized but I said no worries. He then took my payment but I told him the price didn’t match from what I was told. He said it’s all good and I paid- he has taken off the price of my entire drink! The customer service was through the roof. I believe a newer person was probably taking my order and I was not displeased at all but they still went above and beyond to make sure I felt cared for. As someone
