Starbucks Coffee Company

For the past year and a half, I've been ordering my morning coffee here and have always been satisfied with the service. Unfortunately, an unpleasant situation arose today. As usual, I ordered coffee and a croissant and was waiting for my order. I asked to use the restroom, but Alex, the employee wearing glasses, refused. I asked why, and the guy replied that I had to pick up my order first, which I find simply disrespectful to a regular customer. This ruined my morning

Quick and efficient service. Drive through line moves fast. Accuracy of order was great. All things ordered (tea, coffee, sandwiches) were delivered with the right temperature; hot drinks served piping hot, sandwiches also served at appropriate temp. Clean outside appearance. Outside AREAS for eating were also clean. Store was easily accessible, ample parking room for both handicapped and non handicapped. Great place for small groups to meet. Cozy spaces out of doors in good weather.

This location is mostly designed for a drive-through service (which I prefer anyway ), although they have a little outdoor patio for walk-ins. Every time I was there, the service was fast and drinks were done right...

I went by on a extremely hot summer day and asked for ice water. I got turned away with a rude attitude. I also explained that I was sent a email from corporate that water can be given. To receive such treatment is completely uncalled for. People have passed away from dehydration. SMH.
