Starbucks Coffee Company

Took a risk despite the poor reviews but it was perfectly fine! I was desperate to flee from hotel coffee. Pumpkin bread was warmed as well. Ordered online, drove from hotel and two drinks and a bread were set down ready to go when I walked in despite the crowds.

New construction, new everything. Pleasure to visit. The service was friendly and the food was heated just right. Bathroom was clean and well kept. Peaceful atmosphere. Plenty of parking.

Great Starbucks for a small town. Came on a busy Christmas week. Comfy seating. Nice, courteous staff.

They absolutely never do the drink how you ask they always do it the standard way. Doesn’t matter that you pay extra for certain things they aren’t gonna make it how you ask they make it how their thing tells them. By far the worst Starbucks I’ve been to and I travel a lot. I’ve also saw people on Snapchat in the area saying the exact same things, they are nice and friendly at the window but that doesn’t change the main issue.

I am a regular user of your mobile ordering app, which I normally find efficient and convenient. This morning, however, I had a very negative interaction with the baristas that warrants feedback. After placing an order that seemed to disappear into a void (no notification, name not on the screen for 20 minutes), I politely inquired with the staff. Instead of assistance, I received dismissive and rude responses. Their attitude was unprofessional and completely uncalled for. There was no in store line this morning, and there were only 2 names on the order screen. There was also a barista leaning against the drive thru counter- which shows no drive thru line... I just felt completely dismissed which I could understand if it were busy... The lack of basic customer service and the general "vibe
