Starbucks Coffee Company

The new Starbucks in Torndale is a welcome addition to the area, especially for those who found the trek to the Exton location a tad too far. With the nearest option being inside Giant, having a standalone Starbucks is a game-changer. The usual lineup of drinks and food is on offer, and everything tasted as expected which is just average and over priced. Ordering ahead was a breeze, and our items were ready upon arrival, a perk of it being brand new. Overall, a convenient spot for your caffeine fix without the hassle of a long drive. I haven't gone to Starbucks much since their prices have gotten ridiculous and there are so many local spots that are amazing. If their prices became more reasonable I might consider going more than a few times a year.

This is planning to open spring 2024. Hours listed were pulled from the Exton location until more details become available. Looking forward to having a full service starbucks in the area!

I go here often and sometimes the workers are friendly and other times they don’t even seem happy or say anything to you like have a good day or thank you. The exton and malvern one is what I’m used to and they always have great energy. The drinks here are inconsistent. I went yesterday and each drink was watered down and even my son who is a teenager said his matcha tasted like water. It was a matcha with Carmel and whip cream. The presentation also needs work at times. Hope they improve because this is the closest location to me.

Stood at the counter for being ignored for 15 minutes or longer before i decided to sit hoping someone would ask why i was there. Finally 11 minuts later someone from the back came out and asked if i was waiting for something, i said yes i was waiting for a mobile order. The person grabbed their tablet and asked the name, i said the name at lest 3 times before they got the name right. Then they proceed to tell me oh, they're right here....on the counter with no name on them and no instructions on how to obtain the order i paid for... apparently it's a free for all and you just walk in and take whatever orders are on the counter and walk out....not a very good business model.

Sandwich and Coffee. Waited nearly half an hour to be served as Drive Through Customers have priority. It's understaffed. The Coffee was wonderful.
