Usually have great experiences but the person today was awful and rude. I was trying to explain something and they kept cutting me off and interrupting me just really disappointed overall with the volume and tone of their employee rachel hope they do better for future. Never had such a horrible experience there. Prob best to make trip to Wc for future to not get conflicting information

The manager of the Thorndale location took our information and said he would fax it to our loan company to request the title after the "rush". Its been 3 weeks so we called our loan company to see how much longer it would be before our titles were mailed out. We were told they are processed in 48 hours and mailed out, they should have them by now. So I called to check with Kyle's. A sweet woman answered the phone, she normally works at the West Chester location. She looked in the folder that this paper work would be in and couldn't located mine or my partners. We were both there at the same time to do this request. She suggested I call Rachel at the West Chester location and speak with her since she is the owners daughter and the general manager. Normally I don’t leave reviews, however I called and asked if the insurance card needed to show my name , because I’m under my kids dads policy , she said it did need too , okay cool I got a certificate that they use to use back in the day that stated I was the primary driver of the vehicle and I was insured under that policy until I got my insurance card , well she tells me that’s not good enough but would look over and get back with me , never got back with me . So I called compass auto in gap . And he told me that the insurance certificate works just fine as long as it states what I said above . So never again will I go thru Kyle’s auto tags

Went here around Halloween last yr and the place was decorated, had some candy out for anyone as well, the lady helping us was amazing! Even thou she was extremely busy and by herself,she didn't stop smiling and helping us out. She greet us and who ever came in after us. She let everyone know that it would be some waiting and she would do her best to help everyone. I don't recall her name but I do recall she had these long fabulous nails!!! Great customer service!!

The guy working tonight, I can’t remember his name, went so far above and beyond his job duties that he has earned our business for ever and a day! We went in around 7 to change a title over, the buyer only had his insurance card on his phone and his phone had died. The man behind the counter called the insurance company and it took talking to about 4 or 5 different people and about 35 minutes more to get what he needed to finish the paperwork. Omg this was amazing service!!! Telling everyone to go here for any notary service they need!!
