I stopped going to Starbucks years ago due to high prices and poor service. I decided to give it another try today and stood at the cashier counter for about 10 minutes without being acknowledged. There were more staff working than customers in the store, which made the lack of even basic acknowledgment especially perplexing. It's a regular starbucks. Coffee choices as expected. Good service. They made the wrong matcha frappuchino but corrected the mistake right away. Comfortable interior with many sitting choices. Quiet, perfect if you like peace while you scroll on your phone and enjoy your drink. Overall, it was an enjotable experience.

Staff members are friendly and management will correct drinks without hésitation. Establishment is clean. Coffee was on point. Definitely worth stopping by.🙂

My drink was prepared to perfection. I was promptly greeted upon arrival at the drive-thru and even was suggested a bakery item. I was asked if I wanted to redeem stars and I was thanked for my patronage and told to have a good day! Amazing experience!

We love stopping here when we’re in Sweetwater and have never had an issue before. However, today we ordered hot chai lattes through the drive-thru, and they were **extremely** hot—almost boiling. The young girl at the window even commented on how hot they were and added a sleeve, but even with the sleeve they were still very hot. I think extra caution should be taken, such as double-cupping, and customers should be clearly warned that the drinks are *very* hot to prevent anyone from getting burned.
