Skeet's Texas Grill

We love trying new things when traveling. Coming in from San Antonio. Service and Food was Amazing. We had the Chicken Fried Chicken. It was so crispy and hot! Fried pickles and Catfish were absolutely delicious!! The food was hot like right from the stove. Very fresh!!! You could tell they change their cooking oil frequently. We will be back! Thank you for a wonderful meal! 💕

Amazing salads! We tried the fajita, combo and taco salads. Hot, fresh, tasty food and great service. We accidently stumbled on this place and so glad we did. Don't be fooled by the exterior. Definitely recommend!!

I got the chicken fried steak and it was a pretty tasty dinner. The sides were meh, they came in plastic 4oz containers, potatoes were cold and the beans were clearly from a can, liquid and all. The steak was solid with a great gravy. My tea was really weak. Service was friendly and prompt. Like others were saying, it's still being remodeled. No alcohol.

This place is a local Gem and a must stop at Treasure in Sweetwater. A local greasy spoon that serves large portions of delicious homecooked food. Nikki was outstanding in recommending specific menu items and making sure my hunger needs were satisfied. The Chicken Fried Chicken was Awesome! Highly recommend to anyone traveling through Sweetwater!! Returned on 4.29.2025 and was served by Sara!! She recommended the Hamburger Steak and it was amazing!!

Cute local place. We seemed to come at their peak. We didn't have to wait long for the food to come out, but we did have to wait for silverware from the dishwasher. We got chips and queso - the queso is like melted velvetta with salsa. The bbq chicken was good, little spicy. Green beans are flavorful! The roll they gave was fry bread!! The star was the chicken fried steak and the fries!!
