i ordered coffee for work 20 minutes before and when i came to pick it up it was like in the picture. then they told me to wait a few more minutes, i waited for 10 minutes but it didn't come so i gave up. late for work and no coffee, it's terrible :))). if you guys are overloaded you should close the ordering app

We came on Friday EVENING and it really didn’t seem to be busy but we waited for over 45 minutes in the drive thru line, would’ve been even longer but we ended up asking for a refund and just leaving without our drinks. The barista (Mason) honestly did not seem to see how much time we wasted waiting and was seemingly not very apologetic. I completely understand being understaffed or busy, but there seemed to be no sense of urgency. Would not recommend going here.

I had a wonderful experience at your store. I t was nearly closing time, maybe around 830PM - 9PM on tuesday, sept 16th. i had just come out of a major event for my brand new job. I honestly had to go to the bathroom and get some caffeine before i got back on the road for my hour drive home. The kind woman who greeted me when i entered the store was exactly what i needed. She complimented my dress and I told her about the last 48 hours of my life leading up to this gala which brought me to sutton. It was as if I reconnected with a friend! Precisely what I needed in that moment. She was patient with my indecision around what tea I wanted and when I asked if there was code for the bathroom, she said there wasn't. Super slow service today. After placing my order and processing payment they tell me the wait will be long. How about tell me before I order? Plus I had to ask the server repeatedly to speak louder, she seemed to think whispering was the best way to communicate

I like the relaxing atmosphere and comfortable seating. It’s a nice place to sit and relax with a book or close friend.
