The tee boxes were in very rough shape. Pace of play was awful, they sent us out on the 10th hole and after we made the turn to play on the front nine everything came to a screeching halt, having to wait on every shot when you had a 7am tee time is unacceptable. $115 green fee I would expect more from Blackstone National. The course itself is a tough track to play and very pinpoint on some holes, not for a beginner golfer.

The course has made an incredible turnaround this year after suffering from the drought two years ago. Course is in great shape and the club added state of the art GPS in new carts. Be aware to not venture off into off limit parts or it will shutdown on you and the only option is reverse. While it can be an inconvenience it keeps those who ignore signs and instructions on the straight and narrow. The wedding barn has given the group the ability to put money into the course. Speaking of which, the barn itself is perfect venue with a great view for weddings and outings.

Overall, a disappointing experience, and I'm embarrassed to have paid $90 to play here. First, the starter gave us 3 requests: stay hydrated, maintain pace of play, and take care of the course. That's hard to do when there are no water coolers, the cart can only be used on some holes and even then not for the final 100+yds, and there is no divot mix on the par 3s. Makes it tough to handle those 3 requests. 90+ degrees, and no water coolers on the course. You can buy water at the turn or from two locations where the cart girl parks. For the money, it's ridiculous to not include even water coolers. Pace of play was about 40 minutes slow. Definitely need more enforcement on that, but a major factor was the ridiculous cart path rules. I guess the course conditions are still "in the works"

The course was in great condition considering the multiple inches or rain they got the night before. The Barn is a great place to have an event and the staff were super friendly.

Played there first time my group very dispointed. Staffs(pro shop and starter) were unprofessional and course condition is poor. For $95 is not worth it. My group agree the course layout is excellent.
