I had a great experience at this Starbucks. There was a small mistake with my drink, but the way the team handled it was truly outstanding. They immediately made me a new drink, let me keep the original one, and even gave us a gift card for our next visit. The staff was extremely kind, professional, and went above and beyond to make things right. This level of customer service is exactly why I will be back. Highly recommend this location!

Five stars ✨ all because of Mario and Rachel! They’re the heart of this place and make every visit unforgettable. Mario goes above and beyond he stays until closing to wipe down every table, even if it’s barely dirty, and the care he puts into making each drink is incredible. You’ll know it’s Mario the moment you walk in because he remembers your name and greets everyone with a huge smile. And Rachel? One of the smartest, kindest people I’ve ever met. Her service, energy, and management skills are absolutely unmatched. This place is an absolute must go! I will update my review as there are more incredible staff!

Didn't even order anything, so many flies all in the glass food display case right in your face , how people even see past that. I don't know. Disgusting. Eating and drinking flies. Enjoy your starbbzzzzz. No wonder.

Per the red cup promo on the app I ordered a gingerbread chai latte this morning expecting to receive a red cup. At the store for pickup the woman handing out cups said they were for second time purchase or something of that sort only and did not give me one but handed them to other customers. Did my purchase not qualify as a holiday crafted drink for me to receive a red cup? Or was she picking and choosing who she wanted to give the cups to because in the app it said free with the purchase of a holiday crafted drink. Especially when they were super backed up making orders the least she could’ve done was actually give out the free drinks to people waiting patiently.

Great customer service. I was welcomed as soon I got into the store. The cashier with blue eyes was really polite and attentive.
