I love this Starbucks specifically. People are so nice there. They’re quick and if what will apologize for the wait. I always make sure to leave a good tip. I adore their iced latte with extra caramel drizzle and cold foam. They always get it right and it makes my day🙏🏼

Brand new Starbucks and I really like the new layout. The outdoor seating area is HUGE compared to most- this will be a hit in Florida winters when the temperatures dip down into the mid 90’s. Staff was friendly, store was clean and brightly lit. My drink was exactly what I ordered and held up to the Starbucks consistency compared to any other Starbucks. The food was delicious as always. Well thought-out drive thru and parking to keep the traffic flowing. Very convenient parking and I like the 2 dedicated mobile order pick up spots.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at this Starbucks. The way I was treated was rude, unkind, and completely unnecessary. I pulled into the drive-thru and politely asked for a minute before ordering. After that, the employee completely stopped responding. I sat there saying “hello?” over and over for a couple minutes and got no answer at all. It got to the point where I had to tell the car behind me that nobody was answering. The car behind me told me to just pull up. Then the employee finally came back on the speaker, and she told me to say my order “real quick” since she was back. Since I was confused and trying to get things moving, I stepped out near the speaker to explain, but then I was told they couldn’t take my order because it’s a liability—which

I ordered a venti iced matcha latte and it wasn't even mixed properly. There were huge chunks of matcha powder not even mixed in. I've had a matcha latte from a different starbucks in town and it was great, so I was really shocked to receive such a terrible drink. This location is lacking in training or something. Will not be returning to this location. Update 10/13/25: this place is literally right next to where I live, I thought it’d be nice to have a coffee to sip while driving into work. Normally I stop by the one in St Aug not too far from the Target (it’s so much better!). But I thought let’s give this place another chance! I sure made the wrong choice today! I pull into the drive thru and there is one car that gets there just before me. They order and pull forward and I do the same

⭐☆☆☆☆ Disappointing Experience at Starbucks – Beachwalk (County Road 210) I walked into this Starbucks with my 15-year-old daughter, who ordered a grande iced chai latte with strawberry cold foam and a birthday cake pop. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the name of the barista who prepared our order, but I really wish I had. After making her drink, I reminded my daughter about her cake pop — and to my shock, the barista tossed the bag onto the counter with clear attitude.
