dont order door dash or anything from here on sunday nights, we waited 20 minutes to pick up a very simple order. our order was in and printed, but was left to the side and ignored by an employee who took care of another customer, before doing the simple door dash order. the man ordered 6-8 completely different orders. after about 15 minutes of her making his orders, another employee finally came out from the back who should have been behind the counter helping that girl the whole time. yes the man should have told her that he was going to order the whole store but all the employee needed to do before beginning his orders was kindly tell the man that she had a pick up order that came through first and she needed to finish that so that the people waiting on it to drop it off to other people

Ms. Melissa was phenomenal and went out of her way to make sure we got flavors we enjoyed. She was very knowledgeable about combinations, perfecting flavors, and you can tell she really enjoys what she does. This did not feel like a chain, this felt like an independent ice cream shop with an owner who cared a lot about her craft. Well done!
