Starbucks Coffee Company

Three straight days I ordered identical drink Blackberry Sage Lemonade and three straight days it’s not been made correctly. Trenta, light ice (came regular ice) extra lemonade and it had NO blackberries!!! There are 4 Starbucks between my house and my office… this one is closest to house. The one closest to office NEVER gets it wrong. I’ll not be stopping at this location again. It’s not rocket science it’s a cold beverage.

Always a welcoming and warm experience. Walking in and being welcomed just puts this store above the rest. My drinks are always perfect and the baristas always make me laugh and smile.

What a great way to leave a local business! Just had the friendliest girl help me. Alaina was cheery, friendly and spoke like she enjoyed her job. She is as so pleasant I was taken back. It doesn’t cost extra to be kind! Thank you Alaina for putting a smile on my face and being cheery! Happy holidays 🎄😊

Becca is the greatest barista, she was patient with me and my kids. Provided an amazing service!!! 🩵

Imagine paying $6.25 for a large pumpkin spice latte and it’s barely 3/4th filled and when you call for a refund and to complain they tell you they can’t do it over the phone, and when you ask for a manager, there none on duty? Impossible because I work in the food bussiness. Thanks Starbucks you guys are just great! Especially Emily! The shift lead that was no help and told me to go to ANOTHER Starbucks and they’ll give me the same drink for free because they messed up? Never heard of such thing and I’m not gonna waste more gas and money.
