Pleasant lay out here and very bussalin the woman Erin behind the counter was very kind and gave me a wicked nice smile. I loved her flows it was endearing.

A very unpleasant Starbucks . After entering without any greeting I was ignored while I stood there for a few minutes until finally I was asked in an unpleasant way if I wanted to order something. After paying there was no thank you have a nice evening.. terrible customer service! Won’t go back here.

I usually enjoy this location, but I had a really disheartening experience today. I’m a daycare teacher and was stopping by after an exhausting shift. I accidentally missed the speaker box and went straight to the window to pick up my DoorDash mobile order. I laughed off a comment about 'getting there fast,' but when I explained I had a mobile order, the barista’s tone shifted completely. ​In a very stern, condescending voice, they told me I must stop at the speaker box next time to verify the order and location. As a former Starbucks partner myself, I completely understand how this affects window times, but the delivery was incredibly hostile. This team is always amazing. I see them typically bright and early and am always met with upbeat team members who get it right every time. Specifically want to call out Decian who made my day this morning with a kind compliment. He is a rockstar who truly notices the people coming through the line/window always and always provide the top level customer service experience! Thank you, Decian and Maine Mall Rd team!

The people that work at this Starbucks are always the friendliest of the locations I've visited. Even when you're just picking up a mobile order, someone always tries to say hello, and it really goes the extra mile! I've also never had a bad order from this location, everything is always so well made! Thank you for being so great!
