Starbucks Coffee Company

Nicely constructed Starbucks store. Got all the items in the menu. Really popular with visitors, gets long lines. But one of the slowest service I have experienced. Took about 15 minutes to get my mobile order. My chocolate chip frappe and blueberry muffin were good though, so quality wise, it’s good.

This place SUCKS!!! Dirty, unclean and staff was rude. Also, no one is in the place and it still takes a long time for five (5) people to make coffee? While waiting for my order, several customers were served wrong orders or orders made incorrectly. Not sure why this place is such a debacle but it is. While waiting, one of the “baristas” fished something out of a bucket w/a spoon and showed to to another barista. Think it was an insect but not 100% sure. They both showed signs of disgust when looking at the spoon. No one on the place and the tables are dirty and the condiment station is unclean???? Really??? Expect so much more when you’re spending $$$$$ for coffee. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!! See pictures attached.

Ordered 2 hot Americanos. One was perfect, the other was cold, must've been left over from a prior botched order or something. Workers were polite. No stirrers and ordered a crumb cake. At first the worker at the cashier said they were out, then the other worker corrected him. They served the crumb cake nice and warm. Will definitely be driving to the next rest stop next time.

Went there in the morning. Employees gave the feeling like they hated their job. One was sleeping behind the cash register. No "thank You" when I gave them my business. Other 2 where having a conversation with zero interaction with customers. Counter with creamers and sugar was dirty with creamers almost empty. This probably should of been attended to by the person sleeping behind the register. My guess is no manager was there or they need a better one. Coffee still good though so 2 stars.

Starbucks location on the GSP. The Bon Jovi rest stop. Coffee was disgusting tasted like water. Had them do it over and they gave us a nasty attitude and it was still not as good or as delicious the way I know it to be. Asked for extra shots as well there's no way they put any. Weakest coffee I've ever gotten from Starbucks. $8 for a cup of coffee you better make sure it's worth the money. Do not waste your money here no matter how desperate you are. @ the Starbucks company you must do better. Fix that location and fix the coffee you serve there. Gave one 1 star for all but they deserve zero stars.
