Starbucks Coffee Company

This store used to be my go-to, but quality has gone downhill. Orders are frequently wrong, and my most recent “grande quad shot latte” was basically a tall hidden in a bigger cup. For how expensive Starbucks is, it’s unacceptable to be shorted this often. I took one sip, noticed the drink seemed low, and checked under the lid—it was clearly short. When I got home, I measured it: only 12oz instead of the 16oz I paid for. That’s $9.44 (plus tip) for a drink missing both liquid volume and most likely the extra two espresso shots. And before you say they leave room for foam—there was no foam, friend! Now I can’t help but wonder how many times over the years I’ve paid for quad shots and never received them. I used to assume Starbucks espresso was weaker than my home machine—but now I realize

Never ordering here again. I don't know whether they changed lid suppliers or if this was a defect but I'm not going back to find out. This drink should have never been handed out. The lid was not even able to secure properly and it ruined my day, my clothes, shoes, car interior, and drink. If this is some type of new lid design, my business with Starbucks is done.

Located right next to Barnes and Noble. Great location choice [for whoever chose this location] got a vanilla bean cream frap, tasted some salted caramel in it. (Are my taste buds not working?) Pretty good overall. Just don't slurp too fast...

Can get busy and currently no inside seating during the pandemic but they have tried hard to create some nice outside seating protected from rain and sun.

I visited this location for the first time... it was a Sunday. They had a good cup selection so I grabbed me a cup 😊. They made my drink perfectly. I appreciated the customer service.
