I understand that she is a new technician, so I didn’t complain the first time. However, when I came back again after several months, my order was still done incorrectly and she was overcharged. I order so many time so I know the drink. She just clicked a random drink on the menu to charge me.I wanted to use coupon and her excuse was the machine old. She didn’t even try. Very disappointed with the training. And never coming back

This Starbuck's is awesome! Lily is always amazing, and remembers little thing about her customers that make them feel special. I heard her ask the lady ahead of me how her band was going! What a thoughtful thing to ask, and how thoughtful to remember she is in a band. The "We heart Susan" was such a sweet and loving touch, and it just made my morning!

If you come to Starbucks for a consistent experience or if you have something in particular that you like, avoid this place. They really need to send some trainers over here because it's consistently terrible. I've tried to get it when I'm shopping multiple times but it's just consistently bad. Also, as a side note, the woman who was in line after me commented to the person taking the order that she was charged different prices the last three times when she made the exact same order. Not my experience but I figured the inconsistency was worth mentioning.

Twice this evening I had my time wasted driving around to these starbucks that are listed to close at 730pm. At this one I had the pleasure of being lied to and argues with until I showed him the posted closing time. To which he shrugged his shoulders and said oh well!!!

The worst employees work at this location. 3 out of 4 people got out of line because the barista was sooo SLOW! The woman waiting for her coffee had to leave because she was waiting so long for the coffee she paid for. This is not the first time I've left or seen others leave due to incompetent employees. I will not make this mistake again! Hopefully, you don't ether.
