Ichi Bento

The best teriyaki ever! Chicken is cooked so well! The teriyaki chicken portions are amazing, so juicy and nice char flavor! Fried stuff is cooked up so well from tempura to katsu! I’d drive over from another city to eat here!

Casual place but full of flavor. In the summer, we picked up food to-go leaving Mt. Vernon and heading to Seattle. The food was so fresh and flavorful. The other reviewers were spot on: The beef teriyaki and fried tofu teriyaki dishes were the way to go. I listened to the other reviewers and put the sauce on the side. I'm glad I did because I don't think it needed sauce on top. The sushi rice was well seasoned and not too soggy or too sweet. The deep fried tofu and chicken katsu were nice and crispy! The Bento boxes come with rice, salad, 4 piece California roll & choice of gyoza or tempura. We opted for the gyoza! The food was tasty. We will be back!

Called in an order to go for the number one Chicken Teriyaki Bento. It also came with the salad and you can see it’s a lot of food. It was fast, it was hot, it was tasty & inexpensive.

I love this place. I stopped randomly on my way north as I was looking for a place to charge my EV. I plugged in at the Safeway across the street and walked over. The food is comforting, fresh, and relatively inexpensive. The folks at the counter were kind and all business— efficient with a smile. I’ve been back two more times and I have loved sitting in the back corner booth watching regulars dine in or take out.

We've been here a handful of times. Either calling to pickup or ordering togo in person. Service is always good and our orders accurate. Food is tasty and portions seem huge. Worth every penny! They share a lot, but there's plenty of parking. Inside there are only 3 booths to fit 4 people +a larger table in the center of the space that could maybe hold 4-6.
