Starbucks Coffee Company

My sister and I went in to get a coffee to find 5-6 employees working. There was no line inside and about 5 people waiting on drinks. It took over 20 minutes to get our two coffees! The employees did not make eye contact, had no sense of urgency, and did not even fill my cup. Coffee is usually my good start to the day, it shouldn’t be the reason it starts bad :(

I’m not sure how this specific location is even making it when it takes literally 30 minutes or longer every single time I come here to get a coffee. Today I waited in the drive-through line and didn’t even get to order before I decided to pull out of the drive-through line because it was taking so long and I was over it. My husband refuses to get me coffee here anymore because it makes him late for work every single day.

I stop here often when I work my night shift. Tonight I stopped and a female said, “I’ll be right with you”… I sat there for 10 minutes (I timed it) and a different female got on the speaker and said, “have you been helped?” I was the ONLY one in line. Got to the window, there was one person at the counter inside. The two girls looked new, hadn’t seen them before. I waited and waited. I ordered a pink drink and an ice water FULL of ice. Watched her make the pink drink, have never seen any of them make it like that and then the water she filled with just water and NO ice. When I asked if she could fill it with ice, you could tell it annoyed her. Neither of them were very friendly and I sat at the window for 15 minutes. Total of 25 minutes! I almost just left. I'm incredibly disappointed in Starbucks here the last few months. They are constantly closed in the mornings, my drink is constantly incorrect and I feel like my everyday business is being pushed elsewhere. The wait time has been through the roof as well. I've been going to the Starbucks in Sheridan since they opened and never been this disappointed in my drinks or service. I don't know what changed but it's not working.

The wait time was long, so we mobile orederd and went to get gas. The girl made one drink in my order and then let the other one just sit while she made other mobile orders that came in after mine. When I finally got the second drink, it was made with the wrong milk. I know it's busy, but now I see why the wait time is so long - they can't finish single orders.
