Starbucks Coffee Company

I ordered two coffees of different sizes: one grand and one venti. However, the staff mistakenly gave me two grand cups. I asked her to change it, and she simply poured the liquid from the grand cup into the venti. If the amount of coffee is only the same as the small cup, why would I order the large one? The coffee in the large cup doesn't even look full. The staff were very unhappy, even though I always buy a lot every time I visit. Another cup of coffee didn't look full either. Very little. You guys are really stingy with my coffee. Even though every time I buy some, I spend over $40.

Not a great experience from last 2 times at this store. Waited too long at drive thru to get my mobile ordered drink which was not even made properly. Before that my drink was too watery and mini bagels were cold, hard and chewy even though I asked to warm it up. Other Starbucks store in sarnia is way better!

The workers literally makes the store so bright and joyful! I love everyone of them and always makes sure I’m satisfied with my order. I want to make sure Cami gets the spotlight she deserves! She’s so amazing and such a sweetheart <3 always making sure to make my drink perfect! Love you all and thank you so much for being amazing!! -Geo

I used to go here everyday for shaken espresso but then they stopped putting the right amount of espresso in lol. It seems silly but it would be made right some days and others it didn’t have any espresso in it. I used to work for Starbucks and know 4 shots go in the venti and I think maybe they were just doing 1-2 shots???? Idk but it was wild because I’d ask them and they’d say they put espresso in but I’ve drank 1000000 of them in my past and these ones were not right. I’ve had to stop going and getting them because I can’t pay 7 dollars for sugar milk I fear.

I understand being busy in customer service is overwhelming, but when my husband went to pick up an order and it was missing an item, he was told by staff they didn’t see it being ordered on their end (without checking) and that they were too busy because of being short staffed. Instead of trying to help with the order, they continued placing orders for the high school rush and let him stand there waiting for 20 minutes until he realized they had no interest in making our food order even with proof of purchase. He ended up walking out without the rest of our order and went to Tim Hortons. I tried calling the location to at least get our money back for the food we didn’t receive and no one answered the phone. I can’t wait for the new location opening in Sarnia because the London Rd location
