Starbucks Coffee Company

I frequent the Saco Starbucks and it never disappoints. Today was especially great! Chala provided such excellent and friendly support....even though I always complicate my order. She quickly provided me with exactly what I wanted....a hot, vanilla, protein, latte...skinny. Which is apparently not a real thing, but she made it so with a few work arounds. She delivered my food and beverage to my table and made sure I was happy with the drink. Very pleasant and helpful and made the experience great! Thank you so much.

My drinks took forever and when they did get named and placed because my order was called out I felt too uncomfortable to pick my drinks up because the employee Asher was visibly angry and irate. I think the employees were uncomfortable too, I know I would be.

Great service, but the store is freezing! Ice cold air blowing throughout the store makes it really difficult to sit inside. I won’t be back to this location.

Drinks are fine. The atmosphere is weird because the staff ignores you. Rudest staff I’ve ever encountered at a Starbucks.

Yesterday, my friend and I encountered a woman in her 40s who approached us and started yelling about something we didn’t even do. The baristas were incredibly kind and stepped in to help, speaking with her and making sure we were okay. The manager also got involved and quickly handled the situation, bringing everything back to normal. I highly recommend this Starbucks—the staff is always so nice and helpful to customers. They even asked if we wanted them to check on us while we were getting into our cars, which made us feel really safe. We come to this store almost every day, and we’ll definitely keep coming here after school! Thank you so much!
