Starbucks Coffee Company

This place is a cut above the average Starbucks. Very friendly efficient service. Ceramic mugs and dishes when eating in! Steamed milk was done well. Visiting from out-of-town. We had coffee and breakfast items during a weekday mid-morning. Recommended!!

My daughter was about to go into labor and requested a pink drink on our way to meet them at the hospital. We sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes before a stranger told us there's a note on the front door saying they're closed. Watched a half dozen other people do the same as we were leaving. Definitely won't be back.

I placed a mobile order for frappe. I get arrived a little sooner before it was fixed. I waited A very long time for this order to come up. There were people that came in after me that received their order before me. When Their order was complete. They loudly said their name so they can pick up their order. Once my order was completed, they just set my order down and didn’t even call my name. I will never come back to this location ever again and it’s close to my place. I never felt so the discriminated against ever at a Starbucks. I’m not sure if it’s because I only tipped $.50 this time because I really didn’t have money to give my normal dollar 50 tip but I really felt unappreciated and lack of Customer Service makes me never ever want to come back to this place again. Horrible management, it’s devastating that the Starbucks by Walmart shut down, that really was the best one in town. I’ve had nothing but bad experiences at this Starbucks. Every time I place a mobile order, it’s a huge wait— why are you letting people still place mobile orders if there is a huge line around the block? And why can you never get a simple latte right? I absolutely will not return. The other Starbucks on Fairview is just as terrible, if not worse than this one. Extremely disappointed.

Drink tasted really good. Was a long drive-through so i decided to go inside being in a rush. I was the only person ordering a drink inside. The three baristas legit made every person in drive through lines drink before mi e and every mobile order even for people who weren’t even there yet. Maybe this is Starbucks policy but I personally find it rude when I get out of my car and go inside and I am ignored and every mobile order or drive through order is helped before me.
