Starbucks Coffee Company

This was a relatively modern location. It was near my hotel and they were quick with getting the orders out. It seems as if we made it in just before the rush started. I ordered to go because we were headed to a different place for the day. I was visiting the area so I picked up cup along with the potato bites and a medicine ball.

Great Starbucks with great service and the best espresso!!! I’m always treated cordially and the service is always prompt and friendly, thank you to Randolph and Marianna and the rest of the crew for spot on service!!! SPECIAL SHOUT OUT TO NIGEL AND TIM for an outstanding job they’re doing, thank you !!!

Walked into an empty store w/ 3 baristas behind counter, and I figured I’d get my coffee in time for work. Which BTW…I work nearby and I’m a regular customer at this location. One person was placing an order before me worth $151 and I waited 12 mins w/ no one behind me. I kindly requested if they would please make my coffee, so I wouldn’t be late to work. I was told no by the person in charge. Yes, I’m a rewards member! I wasn’t running late when I went to SB, I just never expected to wait 30 mins for 1 cup of coffee. I get first come first serve, but when you have an order of that magnitude and 3 people working, it makes no sense. I ended up going to Dunkin. Goodbye SB

Plenty parking since this one located in the shopping mall. Typical Starbucks. Limited seating is the only downside.

I came in and right when i started ordering the older girl taking my order was giving me attitude. I tried brushing it off because i don’t like to say anything but when i got my drink she didn’t add the 2 into it I said. And i get it, people make mistakes so i told them politely and she turned to ask whats wrong to the other employee and he told her and then she said snarkaly how i never said that. I get you can have bad days but no need to take it out on the customer. I am extremely upset about this and will never be attending to this location again.
