Frank's Pizza

$12 got me a 20oz soda, Jamaican beef patty and a chicken fajita slice. Slice was great, on point, lot of good flavors. The patty was soft, spicy and flaky. Worth a stop in. They had at least 20 different flavors of pizza, couple types of empanadas, sandwiches, garlic knots and more.

Honestly, I don't recommend this place at all! I went to this "pizzeria" to order two slices of cheese pizza, something quick because I was in a bit of a hurry. When I walked in, everyone was on their phones, and when they saw me arrive, they put them away and didn't even wash their hands! I let it go. The guy who served me was super nice. I went over to look at the slices, and they all looked old, like they'd been stored away and they just put oil or water on them to make them look "new." I didn't say anything. They heated them for exactly four minutes and packed them up. I grabbed a small soda, and when it came time to pay, it was $21? Seriously? Two slices of cheese pizza and a soda for $21? Nice calm place, great customer service by the friendly staff. The pizza is great especially the cheese. Two areas of improvement, the crust and the price. I got one buffalo pizza slice and one cheese slice and a bottle of soda and it was $13.50 some how. So its pricy or they made a mistake with how they billed me because apparently a whole pizza is $10. I forgot to ask for a receipt so thats on me Other than that, i would recommend this place

Pizza was supposed to be delivered between 5:30-5:45. It was delivered at 6:08. It was cold. Had to put it in microwave to get it hot. Didn’t want to wait to get oven heated. The microwave pizza is not crispy. I was very disappointed. I ordered before 5:00.

I ordered pizza from one of the employees, and unfortunately, his attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. My group arrived two hours before closing, yet he claimed the seating area was unavailable. Another staff member, who was more courteous and accommodating, later clarified that we were welcome to dine in. On our way out, we decided to order additional food because it truly was delicious. However, the younger employee (tall, wearing glasses) once again responded with unnecessary attitude. While the food was excellent, the service was disappointing and disrespectful. For a place that many people enjoy visiting, the customer experience should be much better.
