Starbucks Coffee Company

Food gets a 1 star because the food is trash, processed, cooked out of a bag, drinks are another story. I love the quality of the Earl Grey Tea the quality is next level. I will say, whoever is doing inventory is not the most efficient, as there is constantly things running out. I know how inventory works and if its not kept up on by management, thats why things constantly run out. Just my piece, as I do love most drinks here as they always make them correct unlike some of the local coffee places.

Typically, I only use this for good reviews, but the Starbucks in Rock Springs, Wyoming is by far the absolute worst Starbucks across the country. I do not order complicated drinks. I asked for a Cortado and received it with only steamed milk, no identifiable espresso and a mocha with two extra shots and no whip, what I received was a mocha with steamed milk, whipped cream, again no espresso. Unbelievably non-responsive staff, disrespectful and just plain dismissive. Unfortunately, 3rd time is NOT a charm with this Starbucks, 100%, I won’t be returning. Completely repulsive, take customers’ money, no responsibility or correction, and wait for the next order. Managers / Owners, you’re failing.

The team at the Rock Springs Starbucks is beyond amazing! Truly the most friendly staff I’ve ever encountered at a Starbucks! My drinks and food are ALWAYS perfect and my day always starts off better when I get to go to Starbucks! If I could give more stars I would!

March 24. 2025 10:00 pm The only place I get my drink made perfectly is in my hometown of Redlands, CA. When I travel I-80, I always stop in town to get fuel at the Walmart fuel stop nearby. I've come numerous times, and finally, I have to leave a comment. I always ask for a Trenta Iced Coffee with five White Mocha shots, half and half, no classic and easy ice. It always tastes terrible, and they never stir the blend. I finally lost it when a Venti White Mocha tasted terrible. A lot of talking goes on behind that counter, and I've only detected slight genuine customer service from staff. I'll just watch the interaction with other clients, and maybe it's just the regulars that get the better service. It's hit or miss, but the drinks are the issue. I got handed half a cup of coffee because I didn't want ice. Been coming here for 3 years and never had any issues ordering my ice on the side. Never been told I had to order a larger size to have the full amount of the drink I ordered. Yet if it was a hot drink it would be filled to the top. So I got threatened to be charged more for something that had less product in it. I hope that what cost the company 15 cents of coffee and managers ego was worth losing a customer of 3 years and the thousands of dollars that I've personally spent here, and yes I will match the pettiness ive experienced here and will never come back.
