I haven't had a bad experienced here yet. I order my items via the app so that its is ready when I arrive (which it usually is). Very consistent with my order and quite happy with my service. I have been a Starbucks patron for a decade easy. Never took advantage of the app because it didn't have an option for me to steam the cream in my coffee. So an employee her explained how to order via the app from previous orders and viola my problems were solved. Very appreciate of the the young lady. I wish I could remember her name for a proper shout out. Great job!!!!

Ordered online - 2 coffees and a wrap. The wrap was absolutely gross, which was corporates fault but service was rude and my white mocha no whip was only 2/3 full. Pic after I moved some of the foam on top aside. Seriously - we pay too much for that.

The customer service, courteous staff, and quality of beverage is exceptional! We've visited many Starbucks and this location in Rincon, GA is the best! It's obvious the associates her enjoy their work and CARE.

This Starbucks in Rincon, GA is consistently the slowest coffee stop I make. The wait times are extremely long nearly every day, even when I’m only ordering coffee. On top of that, the drink quality is very inconsistent—ordering the same thing feels like roulette. Some days it’s good, other days it’s so off I can’t drink it and I end up going somewhere else to buy another coffee. Please improve the speed of service and the consistency/quality control on drinks.

03/01/2026 - around 2:30 - 2:40 P.M.: Ordered a Bacon Sausage Wrap as part of my order. Asked if they have it available. The cashier said yes. We got our drinks. The cashier made eye contact with me and said they are working on the order still. 15 minutes pass. I ask the cashier after noticing no one at the oven while I was waiting. He apologizes, I believe he had forgotten about the wrap. Then after about 2 minutes he comes back to me to tell me they don't have the wrap because what they have on hand is too frozen. Got a refund and under the reason, it says I "didn't want it". That was not the reason. The cashier's name is Ashton.
