This Starbucks in Princeton, West Virginia, is a great stop for travelers, conveniently located near a Marathon gas station and Tesla Supercharger, making it easy to fuel up—both for your car and yourself! It’s right off the exit, so accessibility is a big plus. They have a drive-thru option for a quick grab-and-go experience. The service is fast, the staff is friendly, and the store is clean. Restrooms are available, which is great for a quick break while on the road. Nearby, there’s also an Arby’s if you’re looking for more food options. Whether you need a coffee, a snack, or a quick refresh before continuing your trip, this Starbucks is a reliable and convenient stop.

My cashier was blah, one male was there chipper,and very vocal and taking to his regulars he knew. The inside was small and busy, the drive through was out to the road. Store is in a bad spot, and needs to be bigger. I'd rather have coffee from sheets. Just honest after trying their dark roast today. Other drinks are good and iced are great too. Just not my taste for hot coffee.

Ordered via mobile app and ordered 1 cold brew and 1 nitro. Got to pick up area and my nitro was in a cup with ice and the cup had written “nitro machine down.” I asked for a cold brew with no ice instead and a venti. Was told I could not do a venti since I ordered grande originally. The nitro I paid for was more expensive than the cold brew so I thought a venti cold brew would be an ok compromise. The grande cold brew without ice is just a watered down version of a fresh cold brew without ice. My husband’s venti cold brew is delicious, although not completely full. Super disappointed in the lack of professionalism and customer service at this location.

Consistently good Starbucks coffee. But the team was too busy chatting amongst themselves to help customers - it was a little odd - once they finished their little chat, they all walked off and eventually one of them came back to take orders from those of us in line. It's one thing to be talking with coworkers while serving customers, but to ignore the customers indicates a lack of team leadership. While I can't recommend this location, it was convenient to the interstate and the coffee was good (at least the barista was doing a good job).

Google hours listed them as open. Lights on, people inside, one of the workers had a headset on and made eye contact. Door locked. Ok, maybe the drive through is open. Pull up, no joy. Pull up to the window to verify they're closed, they didn't acknowledge me at all. I can accept hours are wrong online, but there's no reason to be rude. A simple "we're closed" would've been fine.
