Aubade Coffee

I have been here countless times and I have never had a bad experience. The owner truly cares about coffee and makes his own syrup, which tastes so good (and is probably a healthier alternative than artificially flavored syrup)! The coffee shop itself has a spacious environment for people to study/work or to catch up with friends!

The coffee is outstanding. My wife and I stopped by through on our drive from VA to Michigan. Only a few minutes off of our route. Some of the best espresso my wife and I have had. Silky smooth latte with no bitterness, we highly recommend the simple syrup. Thank you DJ for your hospitality! Highly recommend to anyone driving through, go here instead of Starbucks!

Amazing coffee!! Wow!! If you appreciate and are a coffee purist, you should come check this place out. No syrups, sweeteners, just an amazing latte and latte art. They do have homemade syrups, but they are not necessary to make the coffee drink-able. I recently found this place and I am in love with it. The owner and baristas are so friendly and knowledgeable about coffee. This is definitely a gem of a coffee place for Princeton.

Absolutely love this coffee shop! The coffee is seriously amazing — rich, smooth, and made just right every time! What really sets this place apart are the homemade syrups. You can taste the difference — they’re unique, flavorful, and not overly sweet like the typical store-bought ones. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the owner is very friendly and down-to-earth. You can tell they genuinely care about the coffee, the customers, and creating a good vibe. It’s easily become one of my favorite spots — highly recommend!

AN ELEVATED COFFEE EXPERIENCE! Hands down best coffee I’ve ever had. Each drink is crafted with care and intentionality. No fluff, just great ingredients and great service. Baked goods are all home made. Syrups are made in house. Just exceptional… Now let’s talk atmosphere… welcoming, clean, laid back. Nothing like the dark/moody/depressing coffee shops you see so often. And the staff… extremely knowledgeable about their craft, friendly, prompt. I can’t recommend this place enough
