Starbucks Coffee Company

This is my go to Starbucks, I usually hit up Mountaineer but this Starbucks is awesome and opens the earliest out of all nearby me! The cold brews and matcha never misses, same with the passion teas! Love me a good breakfast sandwich and baked goodie as well! I used to order dine in but with 2 year old twins I have to be quicker these days, though I still leave a tip on the counter for them always. I know many people believe you shouldn’t tip at Starbucks but they’re still making your drink and offering a service and at very early hours of the morning. It’s just like any coffee house, tip your baristas guys, it goes such a long way, personally paying it forward has always come back around for me, especially here. Great Starbucks location, super friendly staff and so welcoming… loved my Pecan Oat Cortado and delicious pumpkin cream cheese, muffin!

It would have been nice to have some matcha with my ice. This is a grande. Hardly any drink. Disappointed

I’ve been coming to this location for about a week now because it’s local, but 9/10 they make something that is gross or incorrect. The double smoked bacon sandwich is always gross and just straight fat or strips that are cooked on a burnt source and they undercook it. I would also say that there is probably one singular employee that can correctly make coffee and frappes as ordered. It’s very disappointing when every time we go, there is 4 of us and it totals out to $50 for something that is disgusting. If you work at a coffee shop learn how to make coffee and pastries correctly, and obviously there needs to be some more training going on in the facility.

Staff has always been kind, coffee has always been on point, can’t ask for much more. There is a quiet indoor space and an outdoor area that is perfect to e joy the Florida weather and sip coffee.
