Starbucks Coffee Company

Awful service. Normal Starbucks-level coffee. Barista was more concerned about getting someone to cover her break than making the drink.

I come to Barnes & Noble a lot and most time pick up something from Starbucks, not sure why the bad reviews. I have never had a problem. Always friendly and helpful

Woman at the counter turned us away at 7:30pm, very clearly it says closes at 8:00pm. Will not purchase in store in the future.

Not sure who I spoke with tonight, but their insistence that I am definitely not tasting a disgusting chemical flavor in my vanilla latte and that I'm the only person to ever complain of this is unfortunate. And I am sure they typically use "super special, no chemicals that would leave a taste" cleaning wipes, but I wouldn't at all be surprised if the barista making my drink ran out and used a tub of Target brand wipes to clean the frothing nozzle. Her insistence that I should come back to remake the drink was absolutely disingenuous to boot because she didn't bother to take my name or information. Oof. Never again and it serves me right for getting my coffee at a place that isn't my neighborhood cafe!

Whomever has been working the register was so rude. Soon as I walked up no hello/ Hi she just rudely said “ we ain’t got no ice”. The next day I went back on my lunch break i ask for a chocolate chip mocha frappe she said, “our frappe machine not working” she didn’t even look at me. I waited a week went back it was 3 employees standing around I had to say hello for one of them to come over. I asked if the frappe machine working the employee said kinda not really and the other employees laugh. I walked away I will never go back to that Starbucks again I was every disgusted and disappointed with their behavior.
