To preface this, I’ve been going to this establishment since they first opened and even to Zoe’s before that. I’ve always had a positive experience. The food was great and sometimes I’d have enough that I was able to have leftovers. But the proportions the last two times I’ve ordered here have been absolutely laughable. When this issue arose the first time (last month) I let it go and assumed it was a fluke. Now that it’s happened twice, consecutively for me, I’m ready to write off all Cava locations. The portions provided wouldn’t be enough to satiate my children, let alone an adult. And to add insult to injury, I ended up paying an additional $3.25 for an extra helping of falafel, which in the picture they show 4 falafel. I absolutely love this Kava location. The atmosphere is clean, welcoming, and the outdoor dining area offers plenty of comfortable seating. My girlfriend and I stopped by for a quick lunch, and we were so impressed. Tyler and Simone were incredibly patient and helpful, taking the time to recommend dishes since it was our first visit. Their kindness made the experience even better. I highly recommend this spot!

Shoutout to the guys! Jay, Hussein and Jonathan really looked out for me! I placed my order last minute and got to the shop with a minute to spare. They didn’t treat me like “that guy” for being the last one in. The staff is as great as the food and you’ll be delighted to be served by these gentlemen!

As a frequent customer at this fast-casual spot in the Plymouth Meeting Mall, I can’t say enough good things. The staff is always welcoming, smiling, and genuinely kind. The food is consistently fresh, the portion sizes are generous, and it’s the perfect place when you want a healthy meal in a hurry. Highly recommend!
