I want to give a huge thank you to the amazing team at the Starbucks in Kendall off US-1 across from the Dadeland Metro Station. 9055 S. Dixie highway I actually live much closer to another Starbucks near my home in Homestead by Baptist Hospital, but I stopped going there because my drinks were constantly wrong. Instead, I drive the extra distance to this location because the service here is truly exceptional. The five ladies who work here Monday through Saturday consistently make my mornings better. My coffee is always made perfectly, the food is always right, and the customer service is outstanding. Every time I walk in, they greet me with kindness and professionalism and make me feel genuinely welcome. They treat me like royalty, and I’m sure they treat every customer with the same le

I am a frequent Starbucks customer, multiple times a week at not only this location but the location down US1 in Pinecrest. I realized that it was at the wrong location, upon my arrival this morning. According to their "make it right" "just say yes" policy, they were supposed to remake it for me. But no instead the barista Anthony took it upon himself not only to make the customer have a bad taste in their mouth, never want to return to this location, and ruin my day. And yet, I am the one being affected, this is totally disgusting and awful. Mind you this is one of multiple bad experiences lately at this location. Go to another location or try another coffee shop, because don't support one that is nothing but horrible and the staff is rude.

Generally not a terrible experience, but baristas at this location are always more ornery than Starbucks baristas at other locations. They don't create a welcoming atmosphere. For example, as I sit in the store writing this review, they're placing all of the chairs on top of the tables 2 full hours before they close at 8:30 PM. The staff is more worried about going home right at the official closing time instead of providing good customer service two full hours prior to closing.

Place says it closes at 9pm, it’s 8:38pm and there is no one here.

I ordered a Grande iced chai latte with oat milk and a shot of espresso for my daughter. I picked it up and went home. My daughter said they only put milk in it, nothing else so she had to throw it away, didn't go back because she was leaving for college
