I had such a wonderful experience at this Starbucks! Jinan and Baraa were my servers, and they were both incredibly friendly, kind, and attentive. Their warm attitudes truly made my visit special. The store itself was clean, welcoming, and had a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax and enjoy my drink. I absolutely love this location and appreciate the great service every time I visit. Keep up the amazing work!

WORST EMPLOYEES EVER! So rude & makes horrible drinks!! The tall Arab man (in the photo) & tall White man are the rudest ones! Messy counters & attitudes. The only employee who was AMAZING was the short Mexican man with the green apron in the photo ! 100% would never come back.

This location is absolutely filthy in the afternoon. The morning staff is more mature and actually cares. I visited over the weekend and it was a complete disaster. The bathrooms were dirtier than a porta-john on a construction site in 100 degree weather. The pick up counter was covered in garbage and the trash cans were overflowing. There was only 1 employee trying to work, the other one was working and on a personal call and the third employee had a group of friends inside. The place was not packed there was the group of friends and 1 person on the patio. The drive thru was constant but definitely not moving fast. The cleanliness is concerning and I will not be back.

I just find it weird that they hangout the window with the tip… then when you tip they don’t even say thank you I will never in my life go back the girl just thought I owed her a tip? Which makes 0 sense because it’s a hourly wage job so I whent above and beyond to tip someone to make there day better but it’s like owed? I don’t get it

I normally hate writing reviews but today I just have to. This is the third time where I have gotten a drink And get home to find out they didn’t put the syrup in it. Also, the person at the window of the day was not very friendly and when I was trying to put my drink mind you, I ordered three, In my Cupholder Here, here And I was like can you give me a minute? You didn’t even offer me a cupholder for the three drinks that I have. Super disappointed and I will never go there again… btw 3 Drinks down the drain
