Capri Pizza

Ordered delivery. Last week I ordered a margarita pizza well done square cut extra basile. I got a pizza cut in slices bearly any baseline or fresh mozzarella. I call they offered me a replacement. I called to, ordered again a margarita pizza extra extra basil, extra fresh mozzarella and hot supersede. See picture,still not much basile, square cut. See middle of pizza no supersede and very little basil. Pizza was also cold. The manager Luca asked me to call him when the pizza arrived, so I did and he said we'll I made it myself. I offered to send him pictures but refused. The sad part is I go back to the original Capri in Berwyn, and this definitely does not meet my expectations! Went to the restaurant. Did NOT know they don't serve pizza. Their pizza place is attached to the building and takeout only. Seems like they could easily have pizza, but just don't for some strange, and possibly dumb reason. We left and walked over to the takeout counter... the staff were super awesome and we ordered a 14 inch Margherita pizza, New York style. Now, we were warned by several individuals that the pizza here is terrible... that is NOT true. Our pizza was darn good, the sauce was just a little salty. It was very crispy with a good chew. I really enjoyed this. It would probably be more like NY style at 18inches. I recommend.

Best pizza - love their Bianca!!! Also Capri pizza has the best breaded steak in the Chicagoland area!! A must when you go. Fries are also excellent. Can’t say enough great things about this place!

Great pizza just needs a little more sauce and cheese on each pie. I wish the pizza needs to be delivered hot instead of warm. Otherwise, this is definitely my go to pizza place!

Great Pizza, Greater Memories!” fresh ingredients, reminds me of how my Grandfather made it . Great crust , well balanced ingredients. And Luca is a wonderful young man.
