Starbucks Coffee Company

I stopped by here this morning to get a bagel. The place is very small and is meant to be a drive thru so be cautious of that. There limited parking and limited outdoor seating. Since I came in the morning, they were not busy so I parked and ordered from the window. I also got a venti ice water to finish my order. The staff was polite and made my order quick. The bagel was good with the cream cheese and you can never go wrong with Starbucks iced water.

Aracely 🤩was friendly and communicative. I enjoyed waiting for my order while chatting about new drinks/food that Starbucks has to offer. I recommend this place for ur order n friendly service.

Currently in line waiting for my drink and they take so long, I placed an online order to be quicker and ended up waiting the same amount of time. Never been to a Starbucks where the service is so slow especially for a drive thru. It’s like the 3rd time coming and they still take a long time to get the drinks out and all 3 times I placed the order online! I was excited because this one’s close to my home but at this point I’d rather drive father and get my drink faster!

This is my second bad experience at this same Starbucks, and it honestly needs to be addressed. I asked for extra mango dragon fruit in my drink. Instead of fulfilling my request, the employee pretended to add more—then tossed the dragon fruit outside the cup, wasting it rather than putting it in my drink. What’s worse is that the other staff around her just laughed, like it was a joke. I didn’t come in for sarcasm or entertainment—I came in for a drink I was willing to pay for, made the way I asked. This kind of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. If a customer is polite and willing to pay extra, the least you can do is treat them with basic respect. I won’t be returning to this location unless something changes with the staff and how customers are treated.

The drinks were perfect. Very nice staff and service was fast.
