Bobo's Burgers

I had never been to a Bobo’s but I was surprised. The portions were good and they recently updated this location modernizing the building. The AC was great and parking was easy. I got the pastrami sandwich and my partner got a burger. The pastrami was moist and pretty good for fast food. They have a very diverse menu for fast food with burgers, sandwiches, Mexican food, from the grill food, fried chicken, fish, and breakfast. They even have a descent condiment/salsa bar - which is rare for fast food.

I have lived in the San Fernando Valley for 15 years now and never attempted to visit this place until someone at work raved about the chili cheese fries recently. I always thought it was a low budget bad tasting burger joint all these years that I've passed this place by public transportation especially before it was remodeled around 2019. We don't have many of these types of restaurants you can find all over South Los Angeles in most of the San Fernando Valley, so I didn't expect this place to be any good since most food out here is bad. I will however say you get a lot of food for your buck. No one in my family managed to finish everything including me. I thought the chili cheese fries were okay and the pastrami makes it good. You get a lot of meat in the pastrami chili cheese fries. T

Burgers are looking disgusting, the meat looks scary the fries have no seasoning let alone salt. It was the first and last time I ho there….

Love going there! The staff are very nice, there is plenty of space to dine-in. They even have a drive-through. I just wish they would have more meat alternatives like turkey sausage or turkey bacon for those of us who do not eat pork/beef. Great establishment overall, would recommend, very family-friendly/oriented.

I like this place, I've grown up eating here. But their service can be worked up. This is what keeps them from getting a positive review. Food is definitely good, this is what earns them there stars...
