We had two orders of Protein Matcha latte; one short and one grande. Grande size came as expected but short size drink was nothing close to the other one. The drink was like a green custard and I’m assuming from the texture of it, they either made it incorrectly or used a milk that has gone bad. It was quite disappointing experience.

Elsi made my experience here so wonderful. The entire staff so so kind and friendly. I stayed here for a couple hours doing work stuff and I asked if they could warm up my drink and Elsi made me a whole new one. I keep coming back here over and over because of the staff. It’s 10 minutes out of my way but I’d rather come here than any other Starbucks because of the people who work here!

Matcha latter was super clumpy and gross. I went here three times and it was only awful one day but I won’t go back

this was my worse experience yet! i went in craving a seasonal cold drink while ordering Michelle kindly made conversation but got side tracked and completely ruined my order this is unacceptable i was very disappointed thankful a girl with black hair i believe her name was Kaitlyn corrected my order.

They need to be more consistent with the quality of the drink. I got this Lavender cream matcha oatmilk drink two times today. The first pic was from around 7.30 am, it was the perfect cup, super goood !!! I ordered extra lavender foam, they nailed it. but in the second pic, I got this drink around 5 pm it was bland and tasteless, I also ordered extra foam but my cup is barely filled, they are mostly tasteless foam on top. I did order light ice, but that was BAERLY drink in my cup 😂 I didn’t have time to go back there to complain. Btw Thumbs up to morning shift team
