I order the same from Starbucks all over Massachusetts and Rhode Island and they have never gave me this much ice. I order iced brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso paid 9.00 for ice. And the drink wasn't made right! Three sips and I was done, horrible! Waste of money Ps Other Starbucks use different ice. Little circle ice

The Starbucks in North Providence truly stands out. The manager sets the tone of excellence, and the team is consistently friendly, professional, and welcoming. Even with other locations closer to me (Lincoln & Smithfield), I happily go out of my way (a Faster drive-thru too) to visit the store because the atmosphere and service are simply better, making every visit a great experience.

I frequent this Starbucks location on mineral springs and the customer service is always fantastic and above and beyond what is expected of a fast food coffee chain. Associates are l always pleasant. The service is also fast even when the line is long, they move through it quickly.

Excellent customer service is rare these days but this location provides ten star service every time. Everytime I have walked through the doors I get greeted with a hello or welcome from the smiling faces behind the counter. Gina and the entire staff work hard to make you feel like you matter and aren't just another dollar in the pocket. Personable, fast, efficient and friendly..what more could you ask for? Thank you all for providing us with our warm and cozy drinks everday...you rock.
