The girl that’s been working there for a while always so kind and helpful and that boy came in to start work and he got to making my drink so fast I knew it was gonna be so good and I’ll be damned if it ain’t

It was my first time ever trying Starbucks, and I did at this location. It had the chocolate mocha and it was awesome. The attendant personalized my cup and that made me feel special. I think they have an excellent customer service, and the fact that they are located inside Harris Teeter, which is known for world class customer service is a plus. I encourage you to try their merch as well: cups, coffee cups, mugs, plates, and what have we. Starbucks is slightly more expensive but at the end of the day, you get what u paid for.

As a whole, bottom line, me nor any of my family will NEVER be coming back to this Starbucks again. My daughter and I stopped in the Ocean View Harris Teeter specifically to go to Starbucks. That was a huge mistake. The barista (young guy), I guess he was trying to be helpful, but no, he was very condescending towards my daughter who was giving a complement to the artwork (drawing) that one of the employees has drawn on an advertisement blackboard. The person who drew it wasn't working at the time, so my daughter asked him to relay the complement to her. He quickly tried to "correct" her by proclaiming a pronoun for the person ("Alexis") by saying "Them/They". How freaking rude!! That's not for him to decide how my daughter talks! Easily the best, friendliest service I've ever had at a grocery store Starbucks. Jerry was the perfect barista. He treated my mobile order as if it was the most important request of his day, brewing a fresh batch of dark roast coffee for me. When I arrived, he greeted me by name, with a smile, and gave me a time estimate; and when my coffee was ready, he handed it to me with well wishes for my day. Jerry, you are a kind soul and an excellent brewer of coffee, and I'm glad I met you today.

It’s inside of the Harris Teeter or three tables there is no power no outlet and could not connect to any Internet so other than picking up a coffee that’s it not really sit down and work on your computer or do whatever it’s kind a like in an out experience so I’m willing to give it to Stars not because the coffee not because the service that because when I think of Starbucks I think of a place that I go and sit down and enjoy and do what I need to do on a computer
